Bone broth is he age-old elixir of health, consumed by traditional societies all over the world. Rich in collagen, gelatin and complex flavours, broth is comforting, nourishing and satisfying.
 
Broth has many health benefits including supporting strong immunity, balancing out muscle meat intake, helping to build, maintain and repair the osteo-skeletal system, promoting healthy digestive function, making skin and hair glow, and calming the nervous system.
 
Our chicken broth is made from ethically raised free range chicken frames. The frames are slow-simmered for 12-14 hours.
 
Serve: Gently heat and consume 1-2 cups per day as a stand-alone hot drink (delicious with a squeeze of lemon juice and/or fresh ginger or garlic or both!), or use as the base for soups and casseroles for added flavour and nutrients.
 
Storage: Sold frozen. Consume within 7 days of opening.
